About Carol
A lifelong resident of Arlington, Carol Curcio brings her vast community knowledge and interior design skills to BOWES Real Estate. Carol’s children, Molly and Ben, are currently enrolled in the Arlington Public Schools and Carol’s involvement in school and community events over the years make her a valuable resource to anyone looking to move into the area.
In addition to her real estate training, Carol attended the Boston Architectural College for Interior Design. Carol encourages Buyers and Sellers alike to use her design training when trying to visualize their new home, or staging their current home to prepare for a sale.
Prior to joining BOWES and raising her children, Carol worked in Social Services and the Financial Industry both in Boston and Chicago. Carol is a former registered Financial Advisor and holds her Series 7 NASD and Series 3 Commodity - Futures licenses.
Carol knows firsthand that the process of buying or selling a home can be overwhelming. With her knowledge of the community, training, diversified background and commitment and ability to help people feel reassured and cared for, she hopes to make the process a comfortable and enjoyable experience.
